Matt, Greg & Michael: The Trio’s Tastes

Matt: The most casual person of the group, Matt is often the person people look to when wanting a verdict from the standpoint of a less dedicated individual.  Though his passion isn’t so strong, he’s seen as one who regular audiences can trust the most since he simply wants stuff that’s easygoing and fun.  His favorite bands include Judas Priest, The Rolling Stones and The Who.  The Star Wars films, Terminator 2 and Raiders of the Lost Ark are among his favorite films while Halo, Need for Speed and Burnout make up his favorite game series.

Greg: Generally seen as a person to listen to for moderate enthusiasts.  Greg has a fairly strong desire to be engaged and “in-the-know” of bands, games and movies.  Save for the Academy, his opinions tend to be fairly similar to those of critics, albeit with some exceptions here and there.  Testament, In Flames and Children of Bodom are a few of his most frequently listened to bands with The Green Mile, American History X and Letters from Iwo Jima being contenders for his favorite movie while Call of Duty 4, Rock Band 2 and The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion are games he tends to play the most.

Michael: Mike is known by many as someone who’s tough to top in regards to dedication.  He almost always avoids the more mainstream crowd(s) and is constantly on the look for new, potentially rising talent to catch his interest.  Depth is practically a necessity to him for just about anything.  As of now, his favorite bands range from Opeth to Emperor and Hypocrisy.  In regards to movies, No Country For Old Men, the original Planet of the Apes and Schindler’s List are cited as being among his favorites while Metal Gear Solid, Forza Motorsport and Portal make up his top games list.
